First off~~CUBS WIN~~yeah! Very exciting and I hope they can keep it up. That being said, my husband is a diehard St. Louis Cardinals fan~~so he is not very happy! Now on to stamping stuff! On yesterday's card, I had inked the white cardstock directly using the Night of Navy ink pad. Well, when I went to do it a second time, there wasn't enough ink on the pad to make another dark Night of Navy background. It actually looked very denim-like. I wasn't sure that the water stamping would work on the lighter background so I saved it for today's card. Out came the Open Sea stamp set. I stamped the images on white and then sponged Night of Navy around the torn edges and onto the images. The sentiment is from the
And Many More stamp set. And three little candy dots were the perfect finish for this card. Have a great day!
Gorgeous card! I am going to have to come to one of your events because I'm always learning something new from your blog, and I can only image what I'd find at a crop or workshop. :)
