Today is about celebrating the people of the USA who have contributed to the strength, prosperity and well-being of America through hard work. Both my husband and I grew up in families in which good work ethics and hard work were a way of life. In turn we passed those things down to our children and grandchildren and we see them doing the same. As you picnic, party or have a stay-at-home day, enjoy the celebration of you. And to our service men and women, thank you for your contribution to the strength and well-being of our USA. Today's card is a "My Hero" card which I will send to Operation Write Home. In turn they will send it to a person serving our country to let her or him know they are appreciated. Happy Labor Day!
