Witch Hat & Spider

There are a variety of cute Halloween images on Cricut Access and this hat is just one.  There are more than a few layers to this hat, maybe five or six.  Once the layers were cut, it was easy to put together and use on this card.  The scalloped white layer was created with Lawn Fawn's Fancy Scallop Rectangle Stackables.  The sentiment is from Stampin' Up's Teeny, Tiny Wishes.
