Isn't this a cute card?  The image is from My Favorite Things Pure Innocence stamp set, Gone Fishin'.  The image was colored in using alcohol markers.  The sentiment on this card is from the Lawn Fawn set,
Fintastic Friends.  Not only would this make a cute birthday card, it would also be great for Father's Day or retirement.  That background paper is from the Regals Retired DSP stack from a few years ago~~that favorite pattern of mine!  Have a great weekend and find yourself a little stampin' time!
