You Rock Birthday

Today's card is brought to you by my friend, Nancy.  She made this card for a neighbor.  The neighbor's son-in-law is a guitar fan.  Nancy would be able to make the perfect card!  And she did that!  She used various circle punches and I am thinking she used a portion of cardstock punched with the Decorative Label punch to hold the strings.  Not sure how she did the pick, but whatever she did, the card is a WOW!  Thanks for sharing, Nancy.  Have a great day!
