Easter Peeps

The Simon Says stamp set, My Kind of Peeps, is still one of my favorites. It is Easter time, so out came those little peeps.  I used two patterns of Pool Party DSP, the top layer being cut with WPlus9's Sunshine Layers die. Both the polka dot layer and a foam layer underneath were die cut using a circle framelit.  It doesn't look like it, but the sequins are not as dark as in the photo.  After stamping the sentiment on a strip of white cardstock, I ran it thru the Big Shot using that WPlus9 die so that the banner edge matched the edge of the top layer.  It is a fun Spring card.
