A Fall Birthday Card
Fall is a very pretty time of the year. So for the next couple of weeks you will probably be seeing a lot of leaves and Halloween cards! When I purchased the Seasonal Layers Thinlets and the coordinating Colorful Seasons stamp set, it was all about the Adirondack chair die and the beach chair stamp. But now it is all about the leaf stamps and thinlets. Stamped leaves, die cut leaves, layered leaves, I am making good use of both stamps and thinlets. Today's card is quite simple. The solid Cajun Craze leaves were stamped off once before stamping on the card. The veins of the leaves were stamped directly with Cajun Craze ink. The solid Crushed Curry was stamped off once and then a die cut of the leaf shape and veins was adhered over that image. The white background was embossed using the Pinewood Planks folder. The sentiment is from the Special Celebrations stamp set. And, of course, I had to use sequins to fill in some of the white space. Have a great day!
