My friend, Cherie, took me to breakfast to celebrate my birthday. John dropped me off at her house and when I walked in, on the kitchen table was this beautiful birthday cake! I absolutely love it! I have seen these cakes on Pinterest and always admired them. But they are a lot of work. The roses are extremely pretty and each slice of cake is filled with candy. I do not know how many hours Cherie put into this, but it truly is a most beautiful gift~~and most appreciated.
