Last weekend I received a pretty plant with deep red/yellow tulips. The plant has been brightening up the kitchen since then and was the inspiration for today's card. The flowers are from the Secret Garden stamp set in the Spring mini while the sentiment is from a retired set. I inked the flower stamp with Daffodil Delight and then sponged Real Red ink directly on the stamp. My attempt to sponge in such a way that the red was deeper and more vibrant was unsuccessful. That's okay though because the card is very pretty anyway! There was a little too much "white space" but the butterflies took care of that! Hope you have a great weekend and can find yourself a little stampin' time!
