Happy Thanksgiving
Woke up to our lovely little granddaughter's smiling face and eagerness to get ready for our Thanksgiving company. Last night she toasted three loaves of bread while she donned her Laura Ingalls' bonnet and at the same time as Charlie Brown was toasting his bread--hahaha!! Earlier in the day, she made these cute little turkey cookies, a recipe she found in her American Girl magazine back in the summer. We are so blessed to have her in our lives and that her mommy has brought her up to know the importance of not only family, but of working together to make a day special. I hope your day started as wonderfully as ours and that you have a blessed and very Happy Thanksgiving.
