As we all spend this last summer weekend enjoying various community activities, I will be spending some of my weekend getting Operation Write Home cards ready to be mailed. The card pictured will be one of my "Hero" cards in which I will write a little note to let one active military person know that they are appreciated. Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend and if you see someone in military clothing, stop and thank him/her for their help and personal sacrifices in protecting our United States!

Labor Day Weekend
